Pricing questions

Are prices per year?

Yes. Plans are annual licences, priced in US dollars (USD), excluding VAT or sales tax, with updates during the year included. These are our launch prices.

How does Business volume pricing work?

Every seat is charged at the rate of the band your team size falls in: USD 179 a seat for 3–5 seats, USD 165 for 6–10 and USD 150 for 11–20. So 10 seats are 10 × USD 165 = USD 1,650 a year.

What is a seat?

One person who prepares, reviews or approves work. People who only look - managers, auditors - are viewers, and viewers are always free.

Can I add seats or change plans?

Yes. We issue a new key with the new plan or seats; your work stays exactly where it is.

What happens at renewal?

A reminder appears 14 days before the end date. After it, the app keeps working for 7 days, then opens read-only - everything can still be opened and exported - until a renewed key is entered.

Do I lose my trial work when I buy?

No. Enter your licence key in the app and carry on exactly where you were.

How do I pay?

Prices and invoices are in US dollars, with VAT or sales tax where it applies. Write to sales@closentry.com for a quote and an invoice.
